hello guyyssss... in this evening i cooked fried banana by myself. yes, this is one of my favorite beverage that i usually cooked in the evening. just a simple way to get the delicious fried banana guys. and i wanna share it.
ingredients:
- 1 ripe black-skinned plantain or 4 small finger banana (make sure that the banana is sweet guys)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 6 tbs. flour
- water
- a pinch of salt
- vegetable oil for deep frying
steps :
1. place flour in a deep mixing bowl. make well in the middle of the flour, and add egg, sugar and salt. add water little by little. whisk vigorously until batter is evenly smooth for coasting and not too thin. if it is too thin, add more flour.
2. peel plantain or banana and cut in half lengthwise and then cut again with 4-inch width. dip into batter to coat generously.
3. heat oil in a wok or deep fryer until moderately hot. place coated plantain or banana in the wok or deep fryer and fry slowly until golden brown and crispy. this usually take approximately 10-15 minutes. remove bananas from oil, drain on paper napkins and dry well.
4. serve while still warm.

indonesian grilled banana
hey guys... this is one of my favorite beverage from indonesia. it is grilled banana. just a simple way to get your grilled banana. and i wanna share how to make this delicious beverage one.
ingredients:
- saba bananas/plantains
- white mild cheddar cheese
- chocolate sprinkles "ceres" brand
- sweetened condensed milk
- unsalted butter
directions:
1. brush butter on bananas. grill/bbq on charcoal is better or on stove with a grill pan until golden brown
2. plate the cooked bananas on a plate. grate cheese and sprinkle chocolate over. swirl the sweetened condensed milk on.

how to braid your hair
hi guys, in this moment i wanna share how to braid your hair. this is a basic braid, and it is so easy to make and make your hair more beautiful. check it out guyssss....
1. separate the ponytail into 3 equal strands. hold two strands in your right hand with your palm facing up. hold the third strand in your left hand.
2. turn your right hand over so your palm is now facing down. this makes the right strand now in the middle and the middle strand on the right.
3. switch hands and hold right strand in the right hand the middle strand and left strands in the left hand with palm facing up. turn your left hand until your palm is facing down.
4. repeat step 1 thru 3 until there is so no hair available to braid. fasten with an elastic.
and you get your basic braid guyssss....

karedok
karedok is a raw vegetables salad in peanut sauce from west java, indonesia. it is one of the sundanese signature dish. and i know this food from my parents because they are sundanese people. it is made from cucumbers, bean sprouts, cabbages, legumes, small green eggplant, chickpea, covered in peanut sauce dressing. it is very similar with gado-gado, but this one from raw vegetable. you can find karedok in sundanese restaurant and may be if you visit west java you can find it guys. it is deliciousssss.
but, if you want to make it by yourself i will tell you how to make it. it is easy guys. you just need :
- cucumber
- bean sprout
- cabbage
- legumes
- small green eggplant
- chickpea
and chop all of that become a pieces
for the peanut sauce you need :
- peanuts
- cayenne pepper
- kencur
- brown sugar
- vinegar
- water
and just mix all of the vegetables and add the peanut sauce. and you get your karedok guys.

melon ice
hell o guys, i'm very interesting to talk about this one, because i'm starving about this one. what is that? yessss... actually you read the tittle. it is melon ice. why i write about this one? becauseeee i like it so much. i often make this ice by myself. and now i will tell you how to make this one.
you just need :
- melon
- lemon
- nata de coco
- coconut
- melon syrup
- water of sugar
- ice
how to make :
1. drawstring the melon
2. and you just add the water of sugar, nata de coo, coconut
3. and add the melon syrup to taste.
4. don't forget to squeeze the lemon and add the ice
soooo, you got your melon ice, just a simple way right? so??? just do it right now guysss. it's so recommended for you all
